LIVING TABLES TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: SET UPThe tables take up to 1.5 hours to set up. We require a 5 feet x 5 feet area for set up as close to the walkabout area as possible, this area should be with good lighting and out of sight of any guests. We also require a secure / lockable changing room for leaving belongings.The Living Tables are over 5 feet wide so require a double door or a very wide door (over 4 feet) in order to gain access to a room. PARKING AND LOADING A loading bay/area at the venue is required as well as parking at the venue or nearby. Any parking fees or expenses are charged to the client.STANDARD LENGTH OF PERFORMANCE unique2 x 45 minute or 3 x 30 minute sets (more sets can be done subject to costs). The artist will require breaks in between as the tables are very heavy and catering can restock the tables at that time.
